STOCKING UP

  • Please keep the fridge stocked up

  • Carry stock through from the men's changing room.

  • Place bottles labels facing forward

  • Don’t overfill the fridge.

  • If we are out of stock of an item, leave a space in the fridge – don’t put some thing else in it’s space.

CLEAN AS
YOU GO

  • Please clean up at the end of the night.

  • Keeping an eye on the floor.

  • Sweep if needed.

Before Leaving

  • Tidy tables and chairs.

  • Turn off and drain the dishwasher.

  • Lock changing rooms.

  • Turn off lights.

  • Turn off Infrared heaters above entrance. Leave on the ones on the walls.

KEYHOLDER

  • Keyholder must always be present.

  • If you are a keyholder and are leaving, always check another keyholder is happy to close up.

  • If you open the bar ALWAYS check before you leave – people may assume you will lock up if you opened up.

Glasswasher Guide

Turning on: Switch on at the wall (A), put the overflow upstand (B) down into the hole in the filter, then close the door and press C to start filling and heating. It is ready to cycle when all the lights switch off.

To operate: fill tray with glasses upside-down, press start on the right and wait about 2-3 mins for the cycle to finish. Remove the tray, beware glasses are hot

Turning off: Empty the machine, take the overflow upstand (B) from the machine, just lift out and put on the worktop, press C to switch off and then D to start draining. After it drains, turn off at the wall (A).
